Christ was NOT a Christian, Jesus was an Old Testament JEW!

Jesus' lineage was Jewish, and the Jews were His own people:

Matt 1:1-2 The book of the generation of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham. Abraham begat Isaac; and Isaac begat Jacob;

Matt 2:6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of JUDA: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule MY PEOPLE ISRAEL.

Matt 20:30 And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou son of David.

Luke 1:33 And he shall reign over the HOUSE of JACOB for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

Luke 2:32 A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of THY PEOPLE ISRAEL.

Acts 3:12 & 26 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of ISRAEL, (...) 26 Unto YOU first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless YOU, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.

Acts 5:31 Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to ISRAEL, and forgiveness of sins.

Rom 15:8 Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the CIRCUMCISION for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:

He was sent, and sent His Apostles ONLY to ISRAEL:

Matt 10:5-7 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go NOT into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the HOUSE of ISRAEL. And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Matt 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the HOUSE of ISRAEL.

John 1:11 He came unto HIS OWN, and his own received him not.

His birth saw the proper Jewish ceremonies performed:

Luke 2:21 And when eight days were accomplished for the CIRCUMCISING of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.

Luke 2:22-24 And when the days of her purification according to the LAW of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord; (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;) And to OFFER a SACRIFICE according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.

Luke 2:39 And when they had performed all things according to the LAW of the Lord, they returned into Galilee, to their own city Nazareth.

He performed Jewish ceremonies:

Matt 26:17-18 Now the first day of the FEAST of UNLEAVENED BREAD the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the PASSOVER? And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will KEEP the PASSOVER at thy house with my disciples.

Mark 14:12 And the first day of UNLEAVENED BREAD, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the PASSOVER?

John 2:23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the PASSOVER, in the FEAST DAY many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did.

John 5:1 After this there was a FEAST of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

He told others to perform OT Jewish ceremonies:

Luke 5:14 And he charged him to tell no man: but go, and show thyself to the priest, and OFFER for thy cleansing, according as Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

Jesus was King of the JEWS:

Matt 2:2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

Matt 21:5 Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.

Matt 27:11 (29 & 37) And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.

Mark 15:2 (26 & 32) And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering said unto him, Thou sayest it.

Luke 23:3 (& 38) And Pilate asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered him and said, Thou sayest it.

John 19:19 And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Jesus was given a JEWISH burial (to go along with His Jewish birth):

John 19:40 Then took they the body of Jesus, and wound it in linen clothes with the spices, as the manner of the JEWS is to bury.

Jesus was Lord of the Sabbath, a Jewish Holyday:

Matt 12:8 For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

Mark 2:28 Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

Christ was not a Christian, Christians were those who would later follow Christ. He couldn't follow Himself, that would be like a dog chasing its tail.

Jesus was a JEW, an Old Testament Jew.
